Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or otherwise using Kyria (the "Service"), you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the business you represent.

2. Who can use Kyria

The platform may be used by businesses as well as customers who have been invited to the platform by a registered business. By registering a business, you confirm that you are authorized to register the business with Kyria and that you are authorised to use the platform on behalf of the business.

3. Verification

Access to the full network is conditioned on your business completing identity verification. We may deny, suspend, or revoke verification at our discretion based on the outcome of that process, including manual review.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Provide false information during registration or verification;
• Use the Service to harass, defraud, or mislead another business or user;
• Attempt to access data or conversations you are not authorized to see;
• Interfere with the security or normal operation of the Service.

Every connection can be blocked or reported directly from your account. We may investigate reports and restrict or suspend accounts found to violate these terms.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the messages and files you send through the Service. You grant us the license needed to store, transmit, and display that content for the purpose of operating the Service - for example, delivering your messages to the connected business you sent them to.

6. Fees

Where any part of the Service is offered on a paid basis, applicable fees will be presented to you clearly before you incur them.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for a business or user that violates these terms, poses a security risk, or fails verification. You may stop using the Service at any time.

8. Disclaimers

Business verification reduces, but does not eliminate, risk. An LEI-based check confirms that a legal entity's registry record is valid and matches the submission; it does not independently guarantee the trustworthiness, solvency, or conduct of any business on the network. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Kyria is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including from your dealings with another business you connect with through the network.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
